Death Cab for Cutie unveiled additional North American tour dates for 2027, including a stop at Masonic Temple Detroit in April.
The trek kicks off March 11 in Nashville and will be in Detroit on April 1. The tour is in support of Death Cab for Cutie’s 11th studio album, I Built You a Tower, their first for label Anti- after a nearly 20-year relationship with Atlantic Records.
Australia’s Swapmeet will be the supporting act for the tour, who released their debut studio album, Mount Zero, back in July.
Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, Sept. 25, at axs.com and the venue box office. Fans can sign up for an artist presale that starts two days earlier at seated.com.
Death Cab for Cutie also released the music video for their latest single “Stone Over Water.” The animated clip directed by Sean Solomon shows how a string of unfortunate events doesn’t have to completely ruin your day. Watch the video below.
